Weight
My weight this morning: 75.0 kg = 165.34 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,3 kg (-0,66 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -2,5 kg (-5,51 pounds)
Starting weight - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)

Today I woke up really early at 5 am. Until noon I ate all these fresh juicy fruits:
5 khakis (persimmon), 2 kiwi fruits
Lunch
At 1:30pm I ate 2 whole-grain rolls with butter and sliced tomatoes, cucumber and some salad leaves with a little seasoning salt (it was delicious).
At 4pm I had 80gr mixed unsalted nuts.
Dinner (before 7pm)
Raw vegetables: 1 carrot, 1 kohlrabi (German turnip), some salad leaves
Activity
2x 20 min fast walk in the morning and evening
Summary
I’m psyched that I’m at HALF-TIME of the healthy raw diet. Only 10 more days to go! I’m glad I’m losing weight and that it didn’t stand still or even get higher. Tomorrow morning I’m looking forward to see how much I lost during the first 10 days. What I’m pretty sure about right now is, that I will keep on eating fresh raw fruit in the morning. It is so easy as well. Sometimes at about 11am I’m thinking: I could have something different than fruit right now. But the one hour passes so quickly and once its noon, I’m happy to have been strong and I know that my body benefits greatly. I feel thinner already even though I have just lost 2,5 kg.
Today I’m feeling better. I’m not as tired as I used to be yesterday and the day before. When I weight myself this morning I was really sceptical and I was expecting no weight loss since yesterday. I was feeling that way because I ate a big salad with an olive oil and seasoning dressing and had no real idea if it influences the diet to eat fat in the evening (even though the health effects of olive oil are beneficial due to both its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and its high content of antioxidative substances. Studies have shown that olive oil offers protection against heart disease by controlling LDL “bad” cholesterol levels while raising HDL – the “good” cholesterol levels. (1-3) No other naturally produced oil has as large an amount of monounsaturated as olive oil -mainly oleic acid.) Somehow I was expecting that the body would store the fat because it couldn’t use it up, but I was wrong. I lost weight and I’m glad I was wrong.
