Weight
My weight this morning: 72.9 kg = 160.71 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,1 kg  (-0,22 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -4,6 kg  (-10,14 pounds)

Starting weight  - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)

Breakfast
Morning till noon: 2 smaller khakis (persimmon)

Lunch
More fresh fruit: 2 khakis, 1 kiwi, 1 banana, 1 pear, a couple of litchis

Dinner (before 7pm)
Restaurant: Big green salad with bruscette

- 1,5 lt water each day -

Activity
Morning: 1 hour 30 min fast walk

Total: 1,30 hours

Summary

Very interesting. I went to bed really early, at about 10pm, because I was extremely tired. My muscles felt sore and my feet hurt. My back was also hurting. I woke up at 4.30 am. I felt still a bit tired but stood up and weighed myself. The scale showed: 73,4kg. Then I decided to go back to sleep and woke up at 9.30 am. I weight myself again and my scale showed: 92,9kg. I guess it is very important to get a good and long night’s rest. I was pretty hungry and went for my 1,30h walk. I wonder if it is good to have a day off from training. I will rest on Sundays once I reach the 72,0 kg, which will hopefully be withing the next 5 days.
