Weight
My weight this morning: 73.0 kg = 160.93 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,3 kg  (-0,66 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -4,5 kg  (-9,9 pounds)

Starting weight  - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)

Breakfast
Morning till noon: 2 smaller khakis (persimmon), 1 pear, 1 banana, 1 kiwi

Lunch
More fresh fruit: litchis, blueberries
4pm: 200gr whole grain crispbread

Dinner (before 7pm)
2 carrots and some chillis

- 1,5 lt water each day -

Activity
Morning: 1 hour 20 min fast walk
Noon: 10 min
Evening: 20 min fast walk

Total: 1,50 hours

Summary

Excellent! Finally I’ve reached the 73,0 kg. 1 more kg to go and I will have reached my first goal. All in all I know this now for a fact: You can only loose weight when eating fresh healthy foods AND doing sport. Remember how I was struggeling the first couple of days when I was not training enough and how I had to reduce my food more and more to lose weigt? Now I’m eating more (and better) and I’m constanly losing weight. The best thing is that I don’t have to go swim, jog or do anything I usually wouldn’t enjoy doing (at least not yet). I’m just walking long walks, every day! 1 hour minimum. Mostly, since 14 days, I have been walking at least 1,30h every day. I don’t want to sound too sure yet, BUT I think I’m on the right track this time.

I’m doing an almost only fruit day today again because the weekend is coming up with a party and a brunch on sunday with friends and I will try to eat healthy but I know I won’t be able (and don’t even want) to stick to the program. On monday I will do another fruit day. I can’t wait to lose more and more weight. This time I will be successfull, yeahhhh.
