My weight this morning: 74.0 kg = 163.14 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,4 kg (-0,88 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -3,5 kg (-7,71 pounds)
Starting weight - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)
Breakfast
Morning till noon: 2 smaller khakis (persimmon), 1 tangerine, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 1 pear
Lunch
Some more fruit
Dinner (before 7pm)
Kisir (durum wheat semolina, green bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, spring onion, garlic, olive oil) wrapped in green salad leaves

Activity
Morning: 1 hour 20 min fast walk
Evening: 20 min fast walk
Total: 1 hour 40 minutes
Summary
Glad to have lost some weight since yesterday. I’m feeling pretty good. I can feel my body building muscles. It’s so cold in the morning for walking but I keep telling myself that with each step I take I will be that much closer to my goal. I had a good friend telling me “Did you lose weight?” I don’t think that -3,5 kg are visible but at the moment it feels great to have some positive feedback. It’s not just fat I’m losing but I’m also shaping my body. This time I#m on the right track.
