Raw diet fruit and salad
Day 4
Weight
Day 04: 76.0 kg = 167.55 pounds

Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67feet)
Breakfast
In the mornig at 7am I ate 2 kakis (japanese persimmon)
at 9.30am I ate 1 kaki, 1 pear
Lunch
100gr mixed unsalted nuts
late afternoon: some raw vegetables (carrots, tomatoes)
Day 1:
Weight: 170
Unfortunately for me, I started the diet in the middle of a cold. Or maybe that’s fortunate. I’ve had a headache all day but it’s hard to pinpoint if it’s the lack of the caffeine that’s usually present or the sickness. Either way, hello Advil.
BREAKFAST:
In the morning I juiced an orange, apple, carrot and celery. All one each. It was surprisingly tasty. Before I left for work I ate an orange.
LUNCH:
At work I had:
- 1 carrot
- 2 celery stalks
- handful of almonds
- handful of sunflower seeds
- persian cucumber
- handful of grape tomatoes.
I was basically grazing the whole time at work. Everything was pretty bland but hey, that’s what I signed up for. But by the time I left I was already starving for dinner.
DINNER:
I was less than a day in at this point and ready to eat my neighbors cat for it’s meat. Luckily I remembered Nicki made a kick ass salad dressing just for me and it was sitting in the fridge. No cat tonight. Here’s what I prepare:
- Salad consisting of lettuce, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, sunflower seeds, quinoa, in a apple cider vinegar/garlic/sun dried tomato dressing. It was good.
- I also made a quick side dish of half a cucumber and bell pepper that was left over from the salad. I put some lemon and sea salt and called it an “apet-teaser.”
- For dessert I had a handful of trailmix and watermelon.
Day one in the bag. No big deal. So you eat fruit and vegetables all day. Anyone can do that. Well, easier said than done.
Dinner (before 7pm)
Mixed green salad consisting of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes with olive oil and lemon.

Summary
I’m starting to know what I’m doing. Yesterday evening I read a great book about eating the right food at the right time. Eating raw food like vegetables and fruits is a huge importance to the human body. I think I’m on the right track and will definitely stay focused in trying to follow the book. I just need to adjust a little bit the program I did so far for three days but basically it was ok. I’m highly motivated. Plus I’ve lost some more weight and feel energized and great. I can’t even start to imagine how I will feel once my body has gotten rid of all the bad stuff and excess fat that it wasn’t able to get rid before.
