My weight this morning: 74.4 kg = 164.02 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,1 kg  (-0,22 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -3,1 kg  (-6,83 pounds)

Starting weight  - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)

Breakfast
Morning till noon: 3 smaller khakis (persimmon), 1 orange

Lunch
Kisir (durum wheat semolina, green bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, spring onion, garlic, olive oil) wrapped in green salad leaves

Dinner (before 7pm)
New Year’s celebration and birthday party with fondue

- 1,5 lt water each day -

Activity
Morning: 1 hour 10 min fast walk
Noon: 20 min fast walk

Total: 1 hour 30 minutes

Summary

Again just 0,1kg less. Eh, I’m used to this by now. And really tired, lacking so much energy. Walking was so hard this morning and I was way slower than usually. At least I’m losing weight and can eat more food than before. I’m looking forward to the New Year’s celebration today since I will be eating even more healthy food. That way I will have more energy tomorrow morning.
