Raw Food Diet Day 21 – Tuesday
Weight
My weight this morning: 73.5 kg = 162.03 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,2 kg (-0,44 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -4 kg (-8,81 pounds)
Starting weight - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)
Breakfast
3 khakis (persimmon), 1 kiwis, 2 peaches
Lunch
1 orange, 1 pear, a couple of litchis
Dinner (before 7pm)
1/2 honeydew melon, 1 kaki, 1 orange
- 1,5 lt water each day -
Activity
2x 20 min fast walk in the morning and evening
Summary
Yeah! I’m proud of myself – I managed the 20 raw food diet days and I lost a total of exactly 4kg in 20 days. I cleaned my body and I feel better and more energetic than I used to feel. I will continue this diet to reach my first goal of 72kg. I hope to reach it by end of december which is 9 more days to lose another 1,5kg.
Afterwards I will continue to reach my goal 2 (86kg).
