Raw Food Diet Day 22 – Wednesday
Weight
My weight this morning: 73.3 kg = 161.59 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,2 kg (-0,44 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -4,2 kg (-9,25 pounds)
Starting weight - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)
Breakfast
3 smaller khakis (persimmon), 2 tangerines
Lunch
2 rolls with butter with green salad leaves, cucumber and tomatoes (at 2pm and 5pm)
Dinner (before 7pm)
raw vegetables
- 1,5 lt water each day -
Activity
2x 20 min fast walk in the morning and evening
Summary
Till the end of december (8 days) I plan to lose another 1,3kg. There will be two major holidays and I will have to (and want to) cheat. Two days of not sticking exactly to the plan won’t ruin my efforts, I guess they will even calm my cravings and I surely hope to feel worse so I understand more and more why I’m sticking to this program.
