Raw Food Diet Day 16 – Thursday

Weight
My weight this morning: 74.1 kg = 163.36 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,3 kg  (-0,66 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -3,4 kg  (-7,49 pounds)

Starting weight  - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)

Breakfast
2 khakis (persimmon), 2 kiwis

Lunch

1 tangerine, 1 orange, 1 apple, 1 pear

snack 5pm: some vegetables (celery, tomatoes, kohlrabi)

Dinner (before 7pm)

some vegetables (celery, tomatoes, kohlrabi)

- 1,5 lt water each day -

Activity

2x 20 min fast walk in the morning and evening


Summary

Yesterday I went to bed really early. I was feeling so tired and I wanted to listen to my body and relax. I fell asleep at 8pm and woke up at 5.40am. I felt great. I think it is important to listen to the body and obey – sometimes :) . I felt extremely motivated when I saw that my weight has gone down a bit more.
This weight loss program is starting to be successful. I can’t wait to reach 72,9kg. I remember weighing this amount about one year ago. I starved myself down to 72,9 kg with an extreme non-carb low-glyx diet and had to give up because I felt bad, was hungry, had stomach pain and couldn’t stand the foods that were on my menu anymore. Needless to say that I regained my weight quite quickly. That was the moment when I swore to myself that I wouldn’t ever do such a unhealthy crash diet program again. It’s no fun to feel bad, feel hungry, have cravings all the time – and only a time-limited success! I think the worst thing during a diet is to think what kind of foods I will eat after the diet is over. This sucks! And can never work. Now I can have these foods, but I don’t want them. Especially today since my motivation sky rocketed. I need to reach my goals first and then I can and will incorporate them smartly in my daily program.

Now, I feel happy when I wake up and I am actually looking forward to eat my fruits to get energy. And I love the feeling to detox my body and get it all nice and clean from the inside. The outside is starting to shape a tiny little bit. There hasn’t been enough weight loss yet to actually see results for outsiders but I can see them. I can’t wait to receive the first positive feed backs.

Really motivated to continue. I decided to do another only raw food-day today. Results will be obvious tomorrow.
