Day 14 – Tuesday

Weight
My weight this morning: 74.5 kg = 164.24 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0,4 kg  (-0,88 pounds)
Weight-loss so far: -3 kg  (-6,61 pounds)

Starting weight  - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)

My food today
Only raw fruits and vegetables  throughout the day (9.00am till 7pm): 3 khakis (persimmon), 3 kiwi fruits, 1 banana, 1 orange, 3 tangerines, 1 bellpepper, tomatoes,  a lot of celery

Activity

2x 20 min fast walk in the morning and evening, 30 min walk at normal speed at noon


Summary

A big motivational boost! Eating the whole day only raw fruits and vegetables yesterday has paid of! I lost 0,4kg since yesterday. No headache today. The celery was great for my stomach and I felt great. I’m amazed that I haven’t had any stomach problems since I’ve started this program. Before, I used to have stomach problems quite on a regurlar basis, especially when I had stress at work.

I’m not sure if it is coincidental but since a couple of days I wake up at 4am (usually I go to sleep between 10 and 11 pm). At about 5am I get real tired again and sleep untill 7am and wake up completely tired and it takes me a while to get back to life. I tried to stay awake from 4am but I will feel tired the whole day. Does anybody know why this is happening?
