Day 11 and 12 – Weekend

My weight Saturday and Sunday morning: 75.0 kg = 165.34 pounds
Weight-loss since yesterday: -0 kg
Weight-loss so far: -2,5 kg  (-5,51 pounds)

Starting weight  - Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173 cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67 feet)

Saturday

Breakfast
2 khakis (persimmon), 1 tangarine, 1 orange, 1 pear

Lunch

Big salad with sliced tomatoes, cucumber and some olive oil dressing. 3 cooked potatoes

Dinner (before 7pm)

Big salad with sliced tomatoes, cucumber and some olive oil dressing. 3 cooked potatoes

Activity

1x 20 min fast walk in the morning and evening

Sunday

Breakfast
2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 pear

Lunch

Big green salad with sliced tomatoes, cucumber and some olive oil/mustard dressing. 1 whole-grain roll with butter.

Dinner (before 7pm)

Big green salad with sliced tomatoes, cucumber and some olive oil/mustard dressing.

Summary

So my weight stayed pretty much the same on both days. I read that the body needs to get used to a new diet and might be confused until better results are visible. I hope so, because I feel better (even though I have more headache that usual), but I would love to see my weight decrease.
