Raw Diet Day 08

Day 08 – Wednesday
Weight
My weight this morning: 75.7 kg = 166.88 pounds
I gained +0,2kg since yesterday
Weight Day 07: 75.5 kg = 166.44 pounds
Day 01: 77.5 kg (at 173cm) = 170.85 pounds (at 5,67feet)
Breakfast
In the mornig I ate 1 pear and 1 kaki (japanese persimmon). Then I had a long dentist’s appointment from 9.00 till 11.30. Afterwards I ate another kaki.
Lunch
2 whole-grain rolls with butter
2 hours later: a big salad consisting of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes
Dinner (before 7pm)
Raw vegetables
Activity
2x 20 min fast walk in the morning and evening
Summary
Since I gained a bit weight again – UFFFFFF – I think I will not eat any fruit in the evening. Since two days I have been drinking apple/banana shakes and eating the rest of my fruits in the evening. My weight has stayed the same the first day and on the second day it has even increased even though the total calories have been really low. So much for counting calories! Maybe the banana has too much carbohydrates or my stomach wasn’t completely empty or I don’t know.
Well, the first couple of days I have only had salad or vegetables in the evening and I was losing weight. So I will do that again, it seemed to have worked fine.
Other than this small fallback the 70%-30% method works out fine for me. I’m still motivated AND I will be even more motivated when I weigh myself tomorrow morning after having just had vegetables in the evening to find a number below 75.7. If not, i can’t guarantee for anything
